Helpful Bankruptcy Office Forms

Because this website is focused around helping consumers, you’ve probably seen very little talk on here about one of our other passions, helping lawyers become better bankruptcy lawyers. We believe strongly in paying it forward because we were once clueless about bankruptcy law as well. We’re indebted to some truly selfless mentors who not only helped us learn the law but also allowed us to peek behind the curtain to see how a proper bankruptcy law firm is run. That’s why when we’re not at the office or court, you can usually find us sharing our consumer bankruptcy experience at seminars, conferences, or coffee shops. At a recent “Bankruptcy Basics” talk I was giving, it was suggested that we start a place on our website to share some of the bankruptcy resources our office uses instead of emailing to new bankruptcy lawyers as they ask. This will be that place… with a couple caveats.

(1) The information provided does not create an attorney-client relationship and is not intended as legal advice. Consult with a bankruptcy attorney in your state for advice.
(2) Bankruptcy law changes over time and by jurisdiction. While we update the forms in use at our practice, there’s no guarantee that the information provided on this site reflects current bankruptcy law. Detroit Lawyers, PLLC makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of any information contained on this website as it is all provided “as is”. Other restrictions may apply. These include, but are not limited to, privacy rights, copyright and licensing terms, trademarks, patents, and moral rights.
(2) We’re providing this for informational purposes. If you intend to publish or alter any information obtained from our site you should contact us first. In the unlikely event that you’re unable to contact us, any reuse of the material should at the very least be attributed to Detroit Lawyers, PLLC with a link to the source or www.detroitlawyers.com
(4) Be cool and pay it forward.

The following bankruptcy resources have been specifically requested by a client, attorney, or website lurker. Feel free to shoot me a message if there’s something in particular that you’re looking for or if you have any questions.
