I’m actually really thankful that I stumbled into this area of law before I even graduated from law school. The first firm I worked for just happened to do bankruptcy law and I’ve been hooked ever since. I quickly learned that I really enjoy getting to know my clients, hearing their stories, and helping them find a solution for their specific needs.

When we decided to start this firm I knew that I wanted our customer service to stand out. A lot of law firms can find competent attorneys that are able to get you the same result but I really believe that the way you take care of people going through tough times says a lot about you. We pride ourselves on being available to you when you need us. We do our best to respond to every message within hours, not days. You also won’t have trouble getting through receptionists or legal staff just to talk to your attorney. We understand that this is a scary time for many of our clients, and our goal is to make the process as effortless and efficient as possible.

After graduating from Michigan State, Scott went on to receive his MBA from Walsh College and his law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. In 2018, Scott was recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the consumer bankruptcy field.
Since Scott also lives nearby in Royal Oak he is often willing to come in and meet with clients on evenings and weekends. When he’s not working, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife Jackie and son Jack.
