About Drew Millitello – Bankruptcy Attorney

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE BANKRUPTCY LAW?

Following law school, I was uncertain as to which field of law I wanted to practice in. I was hired by a firm representing creditors and Chapter 7 Trustees and quickly found bankruptcy law to be an intellectual challenge with constant room for growth within the profession. After handling thousands of cases on behalf of creditors, I began to realize that the results of my work left me unfulfilled.  Since being a part of Detroit Lawyers, I get to see the dramatic change from an individual constantly burdened by their financial distress to someone confident and optimistic about their future.  Observing this transformation is what I enjoy most about my job.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT DETROIT LAWYERS, PLLC

At Detroit Lawyers, our clients are not treated as a name in a spreadsheet. Our goal is to create a relationship with our clients where they are comfortable enough to ask us questions about the process at any time.  The relationships with our clients do not stop once a discharge is entered in a case and I believe this bond is what sets Detroit Lawyers apart from other firms.

Working for several years on behalf of creditors and trustees has given me an advantage to anticipate complex potential issues in an individual’s bankruptcy case. Our office is unique in that we have attorneys with experience from both sides of the aisle to advise our clients.
